The first insight available is Churn Risk, designed to help admins identify employees who may be at risk of leaving – before it happens.

With Churn Risk, you can:

• See employees grouped by churn risk level (high, medium, low)

• View individual risk levels for each employee

• Explore churn patterns by tenure, highlighting periods with higher natural churn risk

Every prediction includes a confidence score that indicates how strongly the signal is supported by available data.

AI models continuously learn from activity and available supporting data, strengthening predictions over time.

Insights are designed to guide proactive decisions by helping managers and HR teams prioritize where to act first.
