This new section highlights simple, relevant prompts that guide participation and help teams build culture over time, without getting in the way once you’re up and running.
You’ll find activity tiles that suggest your next best step based on where you are in the product, making it easier to explore features, take action, and move forward with confidence.
We’ll continue adding new tiles and prompts in upcoming releases to support more moments across the MustardHub experience.

We’re introducing Insights – a new section in MustardHub where you’ll find predictive insights to help you better understand and support your teams.
Where to find it: Left navigation → Insights
The first insight available is Churn Risk, designed to help admins identify employees who may be at risk of leaving – before it happens.
With Churn Risk, you can:
See employees grouped by churn risk level (high, medium, low)
View individual risk levels for each employee
Explore churn patterns by tenure, highlighting periods with higher natural churn risk
Every prediction includes a confidence score that indicates how strongly the signal is supported by available data.
AI models continuously learn from activity and available supporting data, strengthening predictions over time.
Insights are designed to guide proactive decisions by helping managers and HR teams prioritize where to act first.
This is the first of several predictive insights coming to MustardHub.

Networks let you group multiple organizations together and manage them as a network – without changing how each organization operates.
With Networks, you can:
Create a network and invite organizations to join using a network code
View aggregated key metrics across the entire network from a single dashboard
Manage connected organizations, including removing them when needed
Join or leave networks as an organization admin
Networks are ideal for franchises, multi-location teams, or groups of related organizations that need shared visibility with minimal overhead.
Adding new team members is now faster for growing teams. Simply paste a list of email addresses, and invitations will be sent automatically – no need to invite people one by one.
Posting in Hubs is now more intuitive with inline tagging. Use @ to tag people, # for values, and + for points – all directly in your post.
